I would be very pleased if I can get step by step by step assistance. Jot Form is another Web Form Program used on the Xara Websites, but JotForm does not permit all of the parameters offered by Coffee Cup Form, nor does JotForm appear to provide a means of making their forms look as good and professional as Coffee Cup unless the monthly PAID version is used. May I ask if there is anyone on this forum using Xara Web Designer 10 Premium program and have been successful uploading this Coffee Cup Form Code. What I am looking for is a Step By Step By Step of what I am suppose to do in the most basic everyday language I can understand. I admit that many if not all of my problems is my failure to understand the tech side of what I am suppose to do. It is truly a shame I've had the Coffee Cup Form Designer for well over a year and still having problems. I've gone to YouTube and researched the help videos, etc, and have not found anything that was not too technical for me to understand. I plan to use my hosting program "Host Monster" server to host my websites and website forms. I just want the form to be returned to me after the person fills it out and hits the "submit" button. Is the statement referring to one of the Forms I've designed? (Please select a TEMPLATE and an email field from your form to use as the recipient in the Confirm Email section of the Setting Menu). What "TEMPLATE" is it referring to? I have designed several very good looking forms. (You've chosen to send a confirmation email to the submitter, but didn't specify where to send i or which template to use). Here is where I am now and here is what I am told: I am still having major problems getting the Coffee Cup Contact Form onto my webpage. I've freely admitted I am technically challenged and have a difficult time understanding much of what I read here unless it's explained in a non-tech way. I also purchased Coffee Cup Form Designer version 2.5 which I believe is the latest version. As you know I use Xara's Web Design 10 Premium. One thing though, why couldn't this form been "drag & drop" or easily imported onto a webpage once completed? Just asking. I feel comfortable coming back if I have more questions. It's much more than helpful and I very much appreciate. I want to thank you gentlemen for taking the time to respond. I will certainly go to the links provided for additional information. Last night I decided to open up Coffee Cup then called Host Monster to see how to upload what was needed without having to use another (FileZilla) program. That way changes needed could be made instantly. It would be so much easier if after completing the Coffee Cup form, the completed form could be imported or dragged and dropped onto the page. I never found out how to put the form on my webpage so that I could see what it looked like prior to publishing. I've always been able to complete professional looking Coffee Cup forms, but was always concerned about whether a form would fit the space alloted on the "Contact Page" I was working on. I've had Coffee Cup Form Builder for over a year and have used "Jot Form" on my websites because I never figured out how to import or drag and drop a completed Coffee Cup form onto the webpage I was working on. Blue Host is their sister business I understand after asking. At 77 y/o and not tech literate I need exact instructions on how to perform a particular task. Rohloff your comments were particularly helpful due to their specificity. Rohloff, I sure do thank you so much for your response.
